I was hit by a drunk driver. My name is Scott Schroeder and I am in need of your assistance. On 11/30/2024 I was hit by a drunk driver resulting in the loss of my car and medical expenses. I was in my car parked at the McDonald’s near Greenback Lane and Auburn Boulevard when a drunk driver hit my parked car at 60mph pushing my vehicle into another car that was parked adjacent. I was severely injured in the accident and rushed to the hospital resulting in 3 broken ribs, my wrist and back bone. I am currently undergoing treatment for my injuries and the doctors have indicated it will be a 6 to 9 month recovery. Unfortunately the insurance company of the drunk driver has indicated that his insurance will not cover the replacement of my vehicle and potentially a portion of my medical bills.
