Please help my youngest brother, Scott and his family during this difficult time.

This is my youngest brother Scott, who is only 44 and has been battling many health issues for quite sometime now. He recently had both of his kidneys removed due to his kidney infection spreading. He is now on dialysis. With a wife and 3 boys, two older and one who is only 4 years old who has autism and needs extra care.

Update 12/15/25…. Scott is back in the hospital in the ICU on a ventilator and his wife Sara just found out that he had a heart attack and now his heart isn’t pumping properly and is only working at 20% and has to wear external defibrillator and possible pace maker in 6 months. Sara is unable to work at this time and had to take a medical leave due to her husband’s health condition and with their youngest son, Skyler who needs the extra care at home, unfortunately, she cannot work nor provide for her family during this difficult time. With all their expenses piling up and paying for dialysis, because insurance only covers a certain amount they fell behind on many expenses. With having little to no income coming in for gas, food, bills etc, they are in desperate need of any help they can get.
