My brother, Scott Stine, was diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer in March of 2021, and the journey to today has been a rollercoaster.

Scott has shown amazing courage and strength in this battle, and God has been faithful every step of the way.

The latest challenge is a tumor that developed in his spine last year and has caused spinal cord damage. Three surgeries later, Scott is working hard to regain his strength and function and has been inpatient at RIO, a facility dedicated to patients with spinal injuries.

That brings us to the current need. Scott will be discharged soon and the adorable little farmhouse they live in is not very accessible for someone with limited mobility.

We are currently working on building a ramp with a fantastic group of volunteers.

What they need now is help with the mounting cost of upgrades to their home as well as the necessary equipment to help Scott achieve his independence goals.
