My name is Scott Padgett and I got hurt. I messed up my neck and need medical help but haven't been able to get paid from the insurance company. And our bills are due. I have seen Dr and physical therapy and my neck might need surgery and don't have money for this please donate.

Can't see a doctor to get help 'cause I don't have any money.

Been out of work almost 5 weeks. Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to get well soon so I can get back to work. Been doing worse but trying to make it to a Dr cost is what I don't have.
