Our sweet 3-month-old dachshund, Winnie, is in critical condition after undergoing emergency surgery. She is currently fighting for her life and requires 24-hour hospital care, life-saving medication, and multiple blood transfusions to have a chance at survival.
Despite being so young, Winnie has already brought so much love and joy into our lives. She is the most affectionate little girl, always eager to give kisses, snuggle up for belly rubs, and play with her big brother.
This has been an unimaginable ordeal, and we are doing everything we can to ensure Winnie receives the best possible care. However, the financial burden is overwhelming—the emergency vet bills have already exceeded $30,000, and her treatment is ongoing. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a tremendous difference in helping us continue her care and give her the fighting chance she deserves.
I would never ask for help for myself, but Winnie is helpless right now, and I can’t bear the thought of losing her. She is part of our family, and I would do anything to make sure she gets through this and has the opportunity to live a long, happy and healthy life.
