**Help Seana Get a Life-Saving Pancreas+Kidney Transplant**

Hi Friends & Community,

I’m creating this fundraiser for my dear friend, Seana, who is in urgent need of a multi-organ transplant: pancreas and kidney. She’s been battling Type 1 Diabetes since age 12 and is now in the end-stages of kidney failure. While she continues to face this journey with incredible strength and resilience, the reality is that a transplant is her best chance at a full and healthy life.

The transplant process will require Seana to take at least three months off work to recover. While a single-organ transplant already demands significant physical and mental strength, a multiple-organ transplant requires even more time, resilience, and medical care, placing a far greater strain on the body and potentially extending the recovery period substantially.

As a self-employed professional, she doesn’t qualify for paid time off or Oregon Paid Leave, which means she’ll be without income during this critical time. In addition to basic living expenses, we anticipate additional post-care costs including transportation to and from the hospital, post-transplant treatments, in-home rehabilitation, and pet care during procedures and recovery.

We are asking for $25,000 to help cover these expenses and ensure Seana can focus fully on healing without the added stress of financial strain. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in making this life-saving surgery possible.

Seana is a devoted single mother to two now-adult children who still deeply rely on her love, guidance, and presence as they navigate their lives. She is also a passionate caretaker to several animals, including 3 dogs and a cat, all of whom depend on her.

Seana’s dedication extends beyond her family. She gives so much to her community, always willing to lend a hand—whether it be supporting local charities with proceeds from her Real Estate business, working closely and compassionately with animals at a local dog rescue, or building community wellness spaces that foster healing and connection. Seana ceaselessly shows up for others, offering her time, resources, and unwavering support to those in need.
