Donate to Save Sabreen’s Family in Gaza

Hello. My name is Catherine Jane Bass. I am their contact and family friend. I am from the USA. I am asking for your help!

My dear friend Alaa Khader Ziada that I have known since the beginning of the war on 10/7/2023, has asked for my help to reach donors for her husband

Hazem Nidal Badr’s mother Sabreen Hassan Badr and her family.

Sabreen Hassan Badr is his mother 50, birth year 1975. Other adults in the family are Saja Hassan 19 birth year 2005. Malek Hassan 18, birth year 2006. The children are Walaa Hassan 15, Baraa Hassan 15, Twins Fatima and Zainab Hassan 9, Badr 13 and baby Hassan 2. They are located in Gaza City, Palestine.

These purpose of this campaign is to provide them with daily needs. Food, water, clothing, winter coats, blankets, medications, baby diapers and other daily needs. Evacuation isn't possible at this time because the borders are closed. I will be receiving funds via Wells Fargo Bank and transferring them via Moneygram to the family.

This is their story..

I am Sabreen, a resident of the northern Gaza Strip. I have 9 children. I suffer from heart disease and high blood pressure. My older brother and father are far away from us because of the war. My family was scattered after our house in the northern Gaza Strip was bombed. We were displaced to my sister’s house. Unfortunately, my sister’s house was bombed and we escaped from under the rubble. My cousins were martyred. After that, we were forced to move to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza. Unfortunately, even in the hospital, we were attacked again. They forced us to move to the southern Gaza Strip under a shower of bullets, missiles from planes, and tank shells, barely escaping with our lives.

From here, a new story began, as we became displaced and homeless in the southern Gaza Strip, without clothes, food, drink, or even shoes. Not all the money has gone to northern Gaza and we have taken refuge in the Nuseirat school, but it was not spared from the bombing and threats with weapons from the war. We feel we have nowhere to go and no way of obtaining the basic needs for survival. Hope is running out. Please find it in your heart to share the campaign with potential donors.
