Hello Everyone, I am Weru Thegetha and I would like to get help raising funds for my Brothers medical bill. In November 2024, while sitting for his National exams, Ronny Mugambi was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. This came after months of persistent pain and a series of medical tests, including scans and biopsies, which confirmed the diagnosis.

Following this, Ronny immediately began an intensive chemotherapy regimen, undergoing three rounds of treatment in an effort to shrink the tumor. However, during his third chemotherapy session, his oncologist referred him to a surgical specialist for further evaluation. An MRI scan revealed that the tumour had extended further into his

humerus bone, raising serious concerns about the risk of further spread.

Given the urgency of the situation, his medical team recommended an additional round of chemotherapy to stabilize the condition, followed by immediate surgery to remove the affected bone and replace it through a procedure known as an elbow replacement.

This intervention is critical in preventing the cancer from spreading further and will help preserve the function of his arm.

The surgery has been scheduled for March 19, 2025, and must be carried out promptly to align with the treatment timeline and minimize the risk of disease progression.
