Hi, my name is Tribekah Jordan, and I’m reaching out with a heart full of hope and a plea for support. I’m 24 years old and the sole caretaker for my mother, Rebekah Jordan.

Last May, our world turned upside down when my mom was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver—a life-threatening condition that has already taken so much from her. At just 53, she’s now on 20 daily medications to manage liver failure. She’s severely malnourished and relies on a feeding tube to survive. Most days, her mobility is limited—she uses a walker when she can—but even the simplest tasks have become a struggle.

Her only chance at survival is a liver transplant. We’re working closely with her medical team, doing everything we can to get her on the transplant list and fight for more time. But with all our energy focused on keeping her alive, we’ve fallen behind on rent and basic bills. I had to stop working to care for her full-time, and she’s unable to work herself.
