Hi, my name is Phil and I’m a three-year-old Great Dane.

Last year, my mom gave me a second chance by getting me a preventative surgery called a gastropexy to stop my stomach from flipping—a dangerous condition called bloat.

But now something even more serious has happened:

My colon has twisted, and I needed emergency surgery to save my life.

This wasn’t supposed to happen. My mom caught the signs early, rushed me to the ER, and did everything right—but this condition came out of nowhere. She’s doing all she can to save me again, but the medical bills are overwhelming.
