Hi there! My rescue pup Noodle has had a rough start in life. We are his 6th parents before the age of 1 and will do anything for our little Noodie-man! Noodle is now 3 years old and the sweetest guy ever.

Today, Noodle wasn’t looking so good. We took him to the ER for a small lump which changed drastically through the course of 5 hours. We rushed him to a second ER where they diagnosed him with immune-mediated thrombocytopenia. This autoimmune disease is causing his body to attack his blood platelets.

Currently, Noodle's body is covered in what looks like bruises, as well as inside his mouth, as the doctors try to calm his immune system attack.

Noodle is the silliest boy ever—we taught him how to smile, how to wag his tail, how to be gentle, and how to eat pup cups nicely with his brother rather than stealing both. We want to continue to see this little guy smile.
