Hi my name is Vanessa and today I saw this cat on the streets issuing an eye on very terrible conditions and it looks like he’s been abused and his owners probably abandoned on the streets. I really want to help him except I’m only a student and financially unable to do so. Please I wanna save him before it’s too late.
