In the last year, we have had to take in 3 dogs that were going to be put down because their owners no longer wanted them. We don't mind; we have space and plenty of time to spend with them. We recently took on Maddie, who we now call Merle. She was taken to the vet today because her mouth was showing signs of a lot of issues. She now needs $1,000 worth of dental work done. Times are tough these days for everyone, but it doesn't hurt to ask for a little help. We feel we are doing the right thing by letting everyone live out their lives at the farm. Financially, it can be draining between the food bill and flea medication. If anyone is able to help, we would be very appreciative. Either way, Merle will be getting her dental surgery!
