Update: Lilly made it through surgery and is doing well! So well that her pawrents are having a hard tlme keeping her calm so that she can rest and heal. Imagine having 3 pounds of rocks removed from your stomach and how much better you would feel!

Lilly needs our help! For those that have followed me for some time, you likely remember my foster sisters, Ivy & Iris, now (Kohona and Lilly). It was recently found that Lilly had ingested an entire stomach full of rocks. Her mom and dad, who so graciously adopted these bonded sisters, were faced with the heartbreaking decision of putting her down or a very expensive surgery.

They decided to go through with the surgery. These girls mean so much to me, and I know that many of you were so moved to see them be able to stay together. Please, if you find it in your heart to donate, it would be so appreciated. This is an expense, on top of that of caring for two puppies, that they did not anticipate.
