Hi, my name is Daly. I am the grandmother of Kitty. Yep, we named her Kitty. We just found out that Kitty is declining. There is something blocking her intestines. We first took her to Banfield where they ran test and said it was pancreatitis . After realizing she still wasn’t eating and very lethargic—she’s usually really energetic, funny, and happy—I took her to an ER vet. They did some additional testing and radiology. Well, Kitty has gotten into something, and we don’t know what, they saw something but weren’t able to tell due to it being an xray and needs an ultrasound. My card is almost maxed trying to figure it out and getting all these meds that didn’t work. They concluded to remove the “foreign object” Kitty needs surgery. We are short for the surgery. They suggest surgery or not allow her to suffer in pain. We have been nursing her as much as possible to keep her comfortable as much as we can. She’s only 7 months and has been the light in our home for the kids and me. We would be so grateful and indebted to everyone if we could gather the rest of the funds we need to save Kitty because I don’t want to put her down. Anything helps and we just need to save Kitty.
