My name is Olivia Yaklich. I have worked to directly connect and build relationships with families in Gaza who fight everyday to survive due to a lack of food, clean water, basic safety and shelter. Most of their homes have been destroyed, and many are sick from drinking polluted water and eating so little they are barely staying alive. I am raising funds to support Khaled (pictured here) and his family. He lives with his 8 brothers and 4 sisters and their children. Their family is enduring severe famine and the ongoing suffering of the war. The funds go directly to their family so they are able to purchase food.

Essential basic ingredients such as flour now cost an upwards of $300, making it even harder for them to survive and feed their family. A trip to the market is also at risk of their life, as the occupation is still targeting individuals, shooting them down going for aid or food, and constantly bombing residences at random. Aid has now been completely blocked from entering Gaza once again.
