Hey everyone, my name is Lindsey, and I am spearheading this fundraiser for our dear friend Katarina. To know Katarina is to love her. She is everyone's "other mother"; she helps without even thinking twice on a moment's notice. She is an amazing mother to her own 6 children, never missing an opportunity to show up for each and every one of those kiddos! Now it is time that we show up for her.

As many of you know, Katarina was recently diagnosed with a form of breast cancer that will require surgery and chemotherapy. This journey is scary and stressful and will require Katarina to give up parts of herself that no woman should ever be required to do. But! There is something we can do! If you've met Katarina, you have met her gorgeous head of hair. We have the opportunity to help her save that beautiful hair by funding her access to a cold cap! This cold cap significantly decreases the chances of hair loss during chemotherapy. With the stress of this journey, being able to provide our friend with hope to keep her hair would make things just a little easier.

These funds will go directly toward the cost of the cap rental for all of her treatments as well as the cost of dry ice that is required for the cap. Every penny helps, and we appreciate your support as she navigates this journey. Let's show up and show out for her!
