My name is Jessica Pina. I'm 40 years old, I'm a wife and a mother to 5. When I had my first child I got diabetes. I was 21 then. After I had my baby my diabetes was suppose to go away but it never did. Not only am I diabetic, I also have high blood pressure and just started with a heart problem. The reason I'm making this go fundme is because I have chronic kidney disease. I have to be on a waiting list for a kidney transplant. I would need dialysis soon and the waiting list is 5-6 years. There's a treatment that I could do to cure my kidneys and not need a kidney transplant or dialysis, but I don't have the money for it. Anything that you could donate will be really much appreciated.
