Hello everyone

My name is Maggie Villegas and I am writing you on behalf of my dear, aunt Esperanza Cortez Lopez. She has such a loving heart, always willing to help others. My aunt was never able to have kids off her own so she adopted two kids one of them being panchito whom has a learning disability.

unfortunately three days ago she had a Peritonitis which resulted in a perforation of her stomach and resulted in an emergency operation. She is still in critical recovery and will most likely need a second operation to save her life.
