Hi I'm Carl Smith II

I have been homeless and medically ill for over 7 to 10 years while being terminally ill battling a brain tumor while being physically disabled with no place to live with honest support

My bank account with capital one was just recently closed and I am in preparation to move and to hopefully have help on getting myself treated soon with what I need to do on healing including treatment for better physical health.

I hope to have assistance from a nurse I know who is currently in Canada next month and I need help in having some funds to help me save something that would lessen the burden of me remaining on the street and to have help from a nurse through a specialist contact if needed. I am currently backed into a corner personally and financially in a life and death situation atm with possibly not enough money for food for the rest of the month and soon to be lacking medical needs on keeping me alive.
