My name is Lenida Tan Konopasek. My grandson, Sabriel Kane C. Tan, was born last Feb 1, 2025, and has been diagnosed with Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Extreme Prematurity (26 weeks), and Extremely Low Birth Weight (820 grams).

My grandson Sabriel is still admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of Manila East Medical Center.

My family and I are doing all we can but it’s not enough so we are asking for your help to raise funds for the hospital bills.
