Help support the basic costs to rescue kittens, which is roughly $250 per kitten, not including emergency visits and treatments. Donations will cover the basic costs for new arriving kittens, such as:
- Basic vet expenses with our established vet (Initial vet exam, fecal test, dewormers, including for coccidia, and a single dose of Revolution preventative)
- Litter, dry food, wet food, formula, vitamins, and typical necessities
- Spay/Neuter at appropriate age
- Rabies shot at appropriate age
Trailer Katz Rescue, Inc. is a privately owned and operated cat rescue in East Texas. We have no staff and are not open to the public. Our mission is to rescue and rehome kitties, specifically focusing on kittens. We also Trap Neuter/Spay Release community stray cats to prevent kitten over-population. We are registered as a nonprofit in Texas and 501(c)(3) IRS pending. We are not state or federally funded and rely solely on donations. Since we are a new startup, we are covering costs out of our own pockets to save these kitties' lives. Donations are greatly needed. Every penny of donations goes toward rescue expenses, as we are volunteer-based.
