We are heartbroken by the sudden loss of our beloved [son, brother, father, uncle, friend], Samuel Cordova, who passed away over the weekend. Sam lived a life surrounded by friends, family and music. Sam has always been such a kindhearted, social and free spirited person, and has touched so many lives in so many different ways whether through music, his art, his crazy stories, and/or his love of the macabre.

We’re reaching out to ask for your support in covering unexpected burial costs. Any donation, big or small, will help honor him with the farewell he wanted and help support his children through this difficult time.
