Hello, my name is Sarah Whiteplume and I am starting this GoFundMe for my father, Ryan Spoonhunter. He is in need of a kidney and is close to a transplant after being on dialysis for five years. He would also appreciate if anyone would be willing to be a living donor and donate a kidney to him; it would be such a blessing. Ryan is such a strong man that works hard every day, but the dialysis is taking a toll on him. He works so hard every day transporting patients to and from appointments with the medical transportation that he helped start on the Wind River Reservation. It helps serve close to 15,000 people on the reservation. Ryan is a lifelong resident of Wyoming and a member of the LDS Church. He has no transportation of his own to get to and from Salt Lake City, Utah for appointments. He will be staying in Salt Lake City, Utah for 6 weeks after the transplant is complete.
