Hello everyone! Our daughter, Rowan, has been fighting a rare liver disease called Cystic Biliary Atresia since she was born. She had her first surgery at just 7 weeks old to try and temporarily fix the obstruction caused from a cyst that was blocking bile flow from the liver to her intestines until she was older. Unfortunately, the surgery failed and she will now be receiving a liver transplant that is scheduled for December 2nd. By the grace of God, my husband Gabe, is a perfect match for Rowan after only being listed for a little over a month! We are already $10,000+ in bills and won’t be working for up to 12 weeks if not longer, so we are asking for help from our community for costs of travel, food, past bills, upcoming bills, medications, appointments, and whatever else related to Rowan’s medical journey. We have a separate account that all money funded will go into that will be strictly for Rowan’s health. $30,000 is what we’re asking for to help us out, as we are two young parents with a 2 year old and 1 year old trying to navigate through this hard disease for our 1 year old daughter.
