Hello, my name is Rogelio Bautista, but most people call me Ro.

I’m not sure where to begin, but I find myself in a financial crisis and in need of support. Since the passing of my beloved partner, Denis, my world has been turned upside down. Grief has made time feel both heavy and fleeting, and while I’ve been trying to slowly piece my life back together, I now face another heartbreaking challenge.

The Executor of Denis’ will has informed me that the home we shared must be sold. After September 1st, I can no longer live there with my emotional support animal, Gulliver. This sudden change comes just as I’ve been easing my way back into work, and the pressure of having to find stable housing so quickly has become overwhelming.

The funds raised here will go directly toward securing a safe place to live—whether that means temporary housing or a more permanent home—covering food and basic necessities, and finding a storage unit to keep Denis’ and my belongings safe until I can get back on my feet.
