Early Saturday morning, November 15th, my dad Rob Sisk collapsed at 2:30am due to a major heart attack. He was rushed to St. Francis Hospital where he received two stents in the right artery of his heart and still needs double bypass surgery, due to the left artery being 80% blocked as well.

My dad is the sole provider for our family, so not only do we need help with medical bills, but we also need help financially. He is expected to be out of work for at least 6 weeks, though since he needs double bypass next month, it will most likely be a lot longer.
