My name is Catelyn, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my niece’s dad, Rico.

Recently, Rico was admitted to the hospital after suddenly becoming very ill. After a series of tests, doctors discovered that he is suffering from acute liver failure.. Something none of us could have ever expected, especially given how young and healthy he has always been.

This has been a shocking and emotional time for Rico and our entire family. One day he was at home going about a normal day with his daughter Mia, and the next, he was in the ICU fighting for his life. The doctors are doing everything they can, but the road to recovery will be long, uncertain, and expensive.

Rico is a hardworking man who has always put his family first. We are asking for any help we can get during this incredibly difficult time, as we don’t yet know how long he will be out of work. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward his medical care and supporting him as he fights to recover.
