- Hi. I’m Luanne Everden, Rick Henry’s mom. As I’m sure most of you know, Rick has been battling colon cancer along with lung cancer for a little over a year now. Hopefully, we are nearing the end, but we’re not there yet. He went through chemo and radiation. He had colon surgery, which required an ostomy to be placed. He just had another surgery to have the ostomy reversed and next week he’ll have surgery to address the lung cancer. While Mayo Clinic is the premiere place to have this done it created a lot of travel expenses as well as lodging along with the medical bills. So now, the bills are coming in and both he and Stefanie are getting very concerned. This is the worst time for them to be stressed. They both need to have their full attention on getting Rick well again. If anyone reading this, can donate anything, ANYTHING AT ALL, it would be appreciated more than you know Thank you so much.
