Hi, my name is Rhonda. I am crocheting “Kitty Carpets” for shelter cats. The staff put them in the cubicles for the cats and kittens to cuddle up on. I find yarn at thrift stores, yard sales, and on Marketplace to create the carpets.

The funds will help me make more “Kitty Carpets” for more shelter cats and kittens while they await adoption. I have made over 167 so far and donated to 2 different shelters: 40 to the shelter here in Twin Falls, and 60 to a Boise shelter.

I have talked to the thrift store in Hailey, Idaho, Bark in Basement, that funds the shelter there about making some for them. Please let me know if you know of a shelter that would benefit from a donation of “Kitty Carpets.”
