Pedro Gonzalez Capaz is detained by ICE since March 2nd, 2025. He has been on USA more than 25 years. Pedro Gonzalez needs to be able to get out of jail because his 2 minors children and his retired mother (ALL three American Citizens) depend economically on him. His 9-year-old son is legally blind and he needs his father to attend doctor appointments and school as well as his 14-year-old daughter, his mother is retired and has a critical medical condition what makes her depend on his only one son (Pedro). Pedro's home country (Cuba) doesn't accept him at all, that's why we need ICE Officers to let him stay and free. He is not a danger person, we got letters from some of the people who knows him testifying the kind of person he is. Two months ago we requested to ICE a "release for humanitarian reasons" but they didn't respond yet. Pedro Gonzalez is requesting help from anyone who wants to donate to be able to pay for his lawyer to have the opportunity to go before a federal judge which is the last thing he can try to get his freedom. His family needs him a lot and he needs to make sure his kids are safe. Thousands of immigrant families are currently struggling with all these troubles going on in this country where we came to work as hard as we can to provide a better life for our families.
