Hi Everyone!

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been on social media and it’s been for good reason! I wanted to share the hurdles I’ve faced over the last few years.

Being a full-time artist and having a family has had it’s challenges, but things took a turn sometime in 2018 and I’ve been trying to pick up the pieces ever since. What I know is, a relationship I was in ended, then I was suddenly being alienated from my son! After much resistance from my son's caregivers, I was forced to bring the matter to court for some resolution. After 6 months, I was finally able to see my son again. I would drive 500 miles from where I live just to see him for a few hours. I couldn’t move closer to him due to a policy at my job with the Post Office. Their policy required me to stay local for a certain period of time before I could put in for a transfer - so I did the best I could - traveling the long distances to establish a regular visitation schedule. It wasn't easy but all was going well.

Then in February of 2020, the unthinkable happened. I thought I was going to start having more time with my son. I was only one regular visit away from having our first overnight visit when I was accused of child abuse! A month later, even after speaking with a detective (giving ample proof that these allegations were false through documentation and video evidence), I was arrested at work. I spent 6 days in a jail cell! After 6 days had passed, I was shackled and transported in a cage, inside of a van and driven to another state to await trial. Those 8 long days were humiliating and shocking. I’m still recuperating from that terrifying, unjust experience.

Anyone that knows me knows, I don’t care much for drama and I’m a fighter when I see injustices around me. This time the injustice is directed at me, my son and my family. Aside from being mentally and emotionally taxing, it has been a very expensive ordeal and has put a lot of financial stress on myself and those that love me.

Finally, on March 7th, more than 2 years since I was first accused, I was told by my criminal attorney that my case was dismissed. It has been over 2 long years since I’ve had ANY contact with my son! We had to hire 3 attorneys and an expert to get this far. Now, I need even more help to move forward and reunite me with my son. I’ve found an attorney that will take my case in a new direction -- where I will finally see my son again and remain in his life permanently. So I’m asking all my friends, and anyone that has dealt with an experience similar to mine to help out and show their support.

I know things will work out in the end. All I want, is for my son to grow up knowing his father, and his large extended family. I want him to learn where he came from and how much I, and my family, love him.
