This is a difficult thing for me to do. I am usually the one people come to for help, but here I am stuck in a situation that I cannot find a way out of. Since my accident in 2022, I have been struggling with a number of medical issues that have left me unable to work, but at least I could get around to doctor appointments, grocery stores, or what have you.

Yesterday, on my way home from the pharmacy, our van just stopped moving. To my great misfortune, it turns out that the transmission has failed, and it needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The expense is far beyond what I am able to get my hands on. I don't know what to do. We are still paying on the van and cannot afford to replace it. The fact is that I need help, there is no other way to say it.
