My son and I are in desperate need of support.

For a used reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, it's just the two of us, and liability insurance doesn't cover deer jumping in front of you, which in return caused me to hit the ditch and into a tree. I was unconscious for 4 hours with no help. Doctors said I'm lucky to even be alive. As a mom trying to work two jobs to keep our housing stable with no support system, it's extremely difficult and I am feeling hopeless. I'm reaching out for assistance.

My youngest son, who is on the autism spectrum, and I, who have liver disease, have numerous health and mental health issues, including PTSD, depression, and severe anxiety, that require frequent doctors' appointments. To make it worse, I am now unable to travel anywhere without asking for a ride. I haven't been able to get to all our doctors' appointments, my son's tutoring sessions, and including to go see my son in the military (tech school). Thank you in advance for your help.
