We are Calvin & D’Laila Moore, and a committed group of business owners from Charlotte and Surrounding Areas, rallying to support Western Asheville. Partnering with Camp Miller Forward Operating Base, led by Brian, we’re dedicated to delivering warmth, power, and hope to families who are facing one of their hardest winters yet.

Fuel—propane for heaters and gasoline for generators—has become a lifeline for this community. It takes about $4,000 each week to keep the essential warmth flowing, powering heaters, and lighting up dark homes. Due to your incredible generosity, we’ve already been able to contribute over $6,000, allowing us to reach families in need and support 24/7 efforts on the ground.

But our mission doesn’t end here. In cooperation with the National Guard, we’re helping restore a local gas station, creating a lasting resource that will keep this community strong beyond this crisis. Together, we’re not only rebuilding but laying a foundation for a resilient future.
