Update:10/31/2025

Thank you for all who have donated for Brooke and for your Prayers. We are overwhelmed with your generosity and words of kindness and love for her and our family.

In the last week, per her doctors, she has completed a series of tests. We are waiting for all of the test results to come through and then her doctors will review the results and come up with game plan. The doctor we met with 2 weeks ago said she already sees 7 potential causes of her pain that she will address after the test results.. Brooke's next appointment is Nov. 24th. We will keep you posted!

Broken Hearted Parents!

This is our daughter Brooke. She is outgoing, unafraid, artistic, guitar-playing, animal-loving, and awesome sister and daughter! She is a huge part of our family and a blessing to all who know her. She has never been afraid to try something new or take on a challenge. She stands up for what she believes to be right and is willing to help anyone she can.

But all that changed drastically 3 years ago after she got a concussion. She now lives with constant migraines. She doesn't have the energy or mental strength to draw, make sculptures out of clay with her little sister or play her guitar anymore. Rarely does she leave the house or even her room. She sleeps most of the day and night. The constant migraine she lives with has taken her life away, and she has little desire to do anything anymore. She has lost all hope in ever getting better. She once had a goal to join the Air Force and become a JAG lawyer, but life has stopped for her and is replaced with constant pain and anguish.

As her parents we have tried everything we could think of. Over the last 3 years we have been to 3 different neurologists, a psychologist, a rheumatologist, tried more than a dozen different medications, Botox, TMJ treatments, vestibular dysfunction treatment, acupuncture, chiropractic care, TMS treatments, dieting, supplements, genetic testing, and many more treatments to try and get it under control, but nothing has worked. The doctors tell us she has treatment-resistant migraines, and there is nothing else they can do for her.

As of last week, we have found a team of Integrated Medicine doctors that believe they can help find the root of her pain. As you can imagine, it is very expensive and unfortunately not covered by our insurance. We struggle watching her go through this pain day in and day out and feel utterly helpless. We ask if you can donate to help her get her life back and finally be free of pain with this treatment. Please help us help Brooke and donate if you can.
