I am Michele. I am doing this for a young man who got screwed in a property deal. The house had black mold. Now I agree he needs to pursue a lawsuit in this, and he is, but he has to get it out of his house to live in it, it's ALL he has, and he has a daughter. The house is small, but Insulation, sheetrock, and 2x4s will still be expensive.

He has no father. His birth father committed suicide when he was a teenager, and his stepfather passed away about 7 years ago. He's 36, has a great job at a large company, and does not deserve this. He had money, but the down payment for the house dropped that by thousands. He would never ask for help, and I've never done this before either.

He has completed the demo. I'll be sure to post plenty of pictures. Right now, he needs the replacement stuff. Boy, sheetrock is expensive! $20 a sheet at Lowe's, Mold Guard, because he needs to take the extra steps to protect his family. Insulation is about $23 a roll, and 2x4s are $4

I forgot to mention the outside of the house has to be replaced as well. That’s where the water problem started so he has to replace the siding.
