Donate to Restore a Glass Artist's Studio and Home
Donation protected
On Friday, May 16th, while I was in Illinois setting up for an art fair, my home in St. Louis, along with my neighborhood and community was struck by an EF3 tornado. The destruction has been devastating. Homes and businesses have been completely destroyed, and like many others, I’ve been left without electricity, shelter, or a way to work.
As a self-employed glass artist, I’ve lost my studio spaces and the ability to create and earn an income. I’m currently selling what remaining glass work I have in stock, but I’m now faced with the immediate need to relocate, rebuild, and find a new studio space and home.
I’m incredibly grateful to be safe and to have fared better than many of my neighbors but my home is no longer habitable, and the road ahead is overwhelming.
I’m humbly asking for donations to help cover the costs of:
Rebuilding and replacing equipment, loss of income,
relocation / moving expenses,
and securing a new space to live and work.
Thank you so much for your support, your kindness, and for helping me take the first steps toward rebuilding. Please message me as well to see what artwork I have available.
