Next clinic: Mar 8 2025
I visited Mexico a few years ago and saw the street dog problem with my own eyes. I left knowing that I had to do something, so I went back and found Karin from Paws in Action Cancún. We created a partnership and 501c3 with the goal of rescuing street dogs and sponsoring spay and neuter clinics to help reduce the number of puppies born.
Three years later, we have brought 40 dogs to the United States, where I foster them until we find them homes. We get the most beautiful testimonials from the people who have adopted these dogs.
Karin works hard to find sponsors for her clinics. Raising enough money is always a challenge, so we are appealing to those of you who love dogs, no matter where they live, and who want to help.
Please consider making a small donation so that we can continue with our work in sterilizing as many dogs as possible.
We don't know exact numbers, but it is estimated that there are at least 150,000 homeless dogs in Cancún alone, with up to two million in all of Mexico.
These dogs struggle for existence, often suffering from skin conditions and starvation, yet they continue to breed.
Help us to help them. We proudly proclaim that we are "Getting dogs off the streets of Mexico ... 4 paws at a time."
You can be part of the solution. Please make a donation -- we will do the rest.
Anyone who donates $120 or more will receive a free Tahoe cotton throw, 3'x5', fringed, depicting a scene from Lake Tahoe. Donors will need to send us an email with the subject line: Free Cotton Throw with your name and shipping address. Provide verification of your donation and we will ship one out to you!
