Hello , my name is Joe Polizzia i,m a double amputee .I was in accident with my wheelchair which was damaged beyond repair. Insurance will only replace the wheelchair every 5 years. A chair suitable to my active lifestyle will cost roughly 14 thousand. I am on the board of directors for the Gloucester housing authority ,a member of St. Vincent De Paul Society, coach people in recovery as a certified recovery coach, and I am a cheer for the girls varsity field hockey team at Gloucester High School. You can find me at the boulevard cut bridge, most days or at Pratty's practicing my pool game.
