My friend Aimee and I are currently doing what we can to help our generous friend Mark recuperate the $7,000 he selflessly paid out-of-pocket to save David’s dog, Mocha, who was suffering from a severe kidney infection. Without hesitation or expectation, Mark stepped in and covered the full cost of Mocha’s emergency veterinary care—an act of incredible kindness that ultimately saved the dog’s life. Thankfully, Mocha is now on the road to recovery and looking much healthier. Aimee and I were both deeply moved by Mark’s compassion, and we believe that someone who gives so freely to help a friend deserves support in return. We’re doing our best to help him recover some of the funds he spent out of love and loyalty.
