Donate to Relieve Medical Debt and Pain

If you know me, then you know, I’m not one to ask for any type of help.. I was raised to never get a handout however, I got hurt in September of last year in a mini bike accident. I went and got an xray and mri, the doc told me I’d be alright and it was only a small tear in my shoulder. Fast forward about 8 months later I’m still in constant pain can’t sleep on my right side because of the pain I have in my neck. I also can’t sleep on the left due to my shoulder. Can’t barely do much of anything that’s physical. Workouts , work, outside time with the kids etc. so I go for a second opinion and I’m told I have to have surgery on 6/2. I have 23 days to get 1700$ in hand just to get the surgery and that’s not including additional charges afterwards - facility , medicines while there and when I’m discharged etc. I’ll be off work for 3 months almost in total and my medical bills (I’m already in debt) are going be pretty expensive I’m sure.
