I am launching this GoFundMe to help my parents with my dad's medical bills. He had his own construction business from 1980-2021. Then. he was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2023 and he's been in decline ever since. Every time I visit, all I've seen is decline. In May 2025, he had a lung collapse. When I visited in July, he seemed better, but he keeps getting worse. Now, its December and he can't walk from the couch to the bathroom without his oxygen dropping. He needs a wheelchair. He is extremely thin, nauseous all of the time. Now it is causing heart problems, 4 stints were put in last month. Now both of my parents only have SS and Medicaid. My dad is 74 and my mom is 71. She is the only one taking care of him. They don't have prescription insurance, but he has 13 medications, including one that is over $1000 a month. They haven't been able to fill it because they can't afford it. They can't take this stress and it can't be relieved. My mom feels sick from her IBS everyday, but she won't get treatment because he needs it more. I am in constant fear that he is dying and there is nothing I can do. PLEASE HELP!!
