I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart for help, for someone who has faced unimaginable challenges. My name is Sameer, Palestinian and I find myself in a situation that no one should ever have to experience, trapped in a nightmarish reality as I live in Gaza throug the ongoing "genocide". Filled with a desperate struggle for survival.

The circumstances we’re facing me and my family members have finally spurred me to take a step I had hesitated to take. after consuming all alternative options, I now find myself turning to this platform, humbly seeking your assistance and support to help us rebuild our lives and home.

So I am starting a GoFundMe campaign to raise the necessary funds to help me, along with my family.

We left our house on the 16th of October to go to the south of Gaza. We did this by intimidation, unimaginable nights of bombing, heavy airstrikes, and the use of white phosphorus. We went to our friends house, a single room, as it was our only space. Basic needs such as water and food are still challenging and hard to get.

We evacuated within Gaza four times, going back and forth, from north Gaza to the middle, fleeing back to the south and evacuating twice there; we have miraculously evaded death on two occasions.

Despite our unwavering resilience, we were confronted with the devastating news that our family home became the direct target of artillery shells, resulting in leaving it entirely consumed by flames. We spent 17 years there, where my parents had put all their efforts into getting us a roof to live under, where we felt love and simply the natural feeling of home.
