Dos jóvenes madres están solas y enfrentan un futuro incierto. Una tiene 7 meses de embarazo y la otra se sometió recientemente a una cirugía y tiene un bebé de 2 meses. A principios de agosto, el ICE destruyó su red de apoyo. Sus esposos fueron detenidos y, con ellos, todos los ingresos de sus jóvenes familias. ICE detuvo violentamente a sus maridos en el juzgado de Stamford, un ataque a todos nuestros derechos democráticos.

Es muy triste y doloroso ver a estas dos familias sufrir, sin saber qué les depara el futuro. Mientras luchan por alimentarse y cobijar a sus padres, sus esposos han desaparecido. Además de todas las tareas cotidianas de las mujeres trabajadoras, ahora deben atravesar el sistema legal fraudulento para encontrar a sus parejas. Esto se suma a los miles de dólares ya pagados a La Migra.

Mutual Aid Request - Families of Kidnapped Workers

Two young mothers are alone and have an uncertain future. One mother is 7 months pregnant and the other has recently had surgery and a 2-month-old baby. In early August, their support system was destroyed by ICE. Their husbands were detained, and with them all of the income for their young families. ICE violently detained their husbands at the Stamford court house, an attack on all of our democratic rights.

It is very sad and painful to see these two families suffering, not knowing what the future holds for both of them. As they struggle to provide themselves and their parents with food and shelter, their husbands have been disappeared. In addition to all of the tasks of daily life for working class women, now they must also go through the rigged legal system to find their partners. This is on top of thousands of dollars already paid to La migra.
