The past couple of days were the first time in my life where I was actually thinking about giving up. I need help. I am completely broke. I have exhausted every single means to its fullest extent. I have $48 to my name, with zero dollars in savings, and less than 500 credit. The family can’t help. I can no longer take any more loans.

(Why? - immense personal loan, medical and student loan debt due to post-cancer and post-heart-transplant experiences.)

I have exhausted all of my unemployment benefits, which ended on Wednesday, October 16. (Laid off by previous employer - company-wide restructuring, April 2025.) And I’m 3 months away from my permanent disability case being opened. I have so many collection companies calling me, I can’t count. I have enough of my heart transplant medications to last me the rest of this month, and after that, I’m not able to afford them. I’m now in the position where I’m selling everything I have, including the 30-foot travel trailer where I’ve called home for the last three months, to move home and regroup.

I will be leaving the RV campground where I’m living in the next 8 days, with a backpack or two, Lincoln, and my e-bike. I don’t have a home. I don’t have a job. I don’t have a vehicle. I don’t have any current income as I am preparing for the next biggest chapter in my life. But what I do have is resolve. I do have my health, I have a healthy heart. Most importantly, I have humility. I am open to change. I am open-minded. I am ready to start over. Help me out if you can. I greatly appreciate you.
