Donate to Rebeca Sanchez's Surgery and Recovery Fund

Mr Taco & All Night Skate's beloved kitchen manager, Rebeca Sanchez, is anticipating cholecystectomy, a surgery that treats gallstones. Rebeca's condition will not improve on its own without the surgery.

With the demands of managing a professional kitchen, this is an extremely painful condition for someone who works on her feet full-time in an often hot space.

A mother to 4 and grandmother to 2, Rebeca is an immigrant from El Salvador and does not have health insurance. Without our help she would be paying for the surgery out-of-pocket and eating the cost of the lost paychecks during recovery.

If any of y'all have ever enjoyed a burrito, loaded nachos, tacos etc by Adrian Garca (Mr Taco) at All Night Skate, it is owing to Rebeca's nonstop joy, care, and dedication to her job.

Our goal is to cover the cost of surgery and unearned income during recovery.
