Our dear friend Randy needs our help.

On a day that started like any other, Randy’s life changed forever. He was in a serious motorcycle accident in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that left him with devastating injuries to his leg and foot. He has already endured one surgery, and tomorrow, August 3rd, he faces the unthinkable—his foot will need to be amputated.

This is not just a physical loss; it is an emotional and financial battle that no one should have to face alone.

Randy is a lifelong friend, a loyal brother, and the sole caregiver for his mother alongside his brother Patrick. He has always been the first to lend a hand, to help others, and to show up when someone was in need. Now, he is the one who needs us.

His recovery will be long and painful. He will need extensive rehabilitation, adaptive equipment, and medical care to learn to walk again. On top of that, he will face massive medical bills and will be unable to work for months, leaving a huge strain on his family.

Once he is stable, Randy will need medical transportation from the UP back downstate to continue his recovery near his home and family. This will come at a tremendous cost, along with the expenses of modifying his home for his new mobility needs.
