UPDATE: 12/19/25

Today my brother Ralph Boyd went home to be with our Lord. Ralph fought a good fight. He was very strong throughout his whole time in the hospital these last few weeks, but he simply couldn’t do it any longer, his body was tired and shutting down. He peacefully went to sleep in his final moments.

If you find it in your hearts to donate to help my Nephew Kenny Boyd and his mom Mary Yurgel to be able to pay towards funeral expenses or food or any of their bills it will be a major blessing. Mary had stopped working to tend to my brother at the hospital so he wouldn’t be alone and for that my family is extremely grateful.

Any help is appreciated as well as prayers to just help with the loss of a good man.

Hello, I am the youngest sister of Ralph Boyd Jr. I’m creating this GoFundMe as a way to help him lighten his burdens of his monthly bills as he is in the hospital. He had gotten very sick with a hard time breathing and was filling up with fluid. It became very difficult to breathe after 2 weeks. He has several different issues; however, one side of his heart is working harder than the other. He was put in ICU after his blood pressure went low. He is stable right now, but has a long time to recover. He will be going through more tests in the days to come.

My brother would give the shirt off his back for people; that’s just the kind of guy he is. He has never met a stranger. I just want to help lift his spirits and lessen the burden as he needs to concentrate on him getting to the bottom of his health issues and recovery.
