my name is Rachel. This past November, I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. I went to my oncologist, and he put me on a medication called Megestrol. At the time, my spouse and I knew that we would not be able to have children because the medication was not working, and my body just kept getting worse. He and I discussed a hysterectomy. I went back on February 13 and told my oncologist that I was ready for a hysterectomy, even though I really wasn’t. I was tired of passing clots the size of baseballs. I had no other choice. My surgery was April 28, 2025. This is an unfortunate time to have to go through a sudden divorce. I am burdened with every bill that I have, will be losing my health insurance from my spouse, and not only am I responsible for my bills (utilities,

house, etc.), I will now have all these medical bills. This is why I’m reaching out. You can ask any one of my friends; I never ask for anything from anyone, but this I cannot do alone, especially while I recover. Thank you for your support & generosity. Please share.
